Reiki Is a Reminder

Many people think Reiki is something a practitioner gives to another person.

My experience has been different.

I believe Reiki is a reminder.

A reminder that life force energy is always flowing through us.

A reminder that we are never separate from the unconditional love that created us.

A Reiki practitioner doesn't create healing. They simply become a willing channel for the loving energy that is already available to all of us.

The body knows how to heal.

The soul knows how to heal.

Whether you experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or simply a sense of peace, Reiki isn't something outside of you.

Reiki is a complementary practice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace the advice or care of licensed medical professionals. Instead, it can work alongside traditional healthcare by supporting relaxation, reducing stress, and encouraging a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Reiki is the universal life force energy that flows through each of us. Some traditions call this energy Chi, Qi, or Prana, but regardless of the name, it is the same loving life force that connects all living things.

By remembering this natural gift, we can learn how to gently channel it to support healing, restore balance, and nurture both ourselves and others.
